2. Februar 2017: Sotheby's versteigert Sterne der Euro-Skulptur im Palmengarten, Frankfurt

2015 wurde die Euro-Skulptur in Frankfurt umfassend saniert. Dabei wurden unter anderem die gelben Acrylglas-Sterne ausgetauscht. Nachdem die abmontierten Sterne von Prominenten wie Rainer Calmund, David Garett, Götz Alsmann, Andreas Bourani, Matthias Reim, Martin Schmitt und vielen anderen signiert wurden, werden sie nun am 2. Februar 2017 um 19.00 Uhr vom Auktionshaus Sotheby´s im Palmengarten in Frankfurt versteigert. Der Erlös kommt dem Verein „Hilfe für krebskranke Kinder Frankfurt e.V.“ zu Gute. > more

2 February 2017: Sotheby's to auction stars from the Euro Sculpture at Frankfurt's Palmengarten

In the course of an extensive overhaul in 2015, the acrylic glass panels of the yellow Euro Sculpture stars were replaced. The ones removed were later signed by celebrities and artists. On 2 February 2017, Sotheby's will offer the stars for auction at Frankfurt's Palmengarten, with the proceeds going to the cancer aid organisation Hilfe für krebskranke Kinder Frankfurt eV. > more

Maulwurf-Installation zur Uraufführung des neuen Hausprogramms im Renitenztheater Stuttgart

Im Renitenztheater Stuttgart wird zurzeit das neue Kabarettstück mit dem Titel „Der Maulwurf – Wühlkommen in den Verhältnissen“ geprobt. Die Premiere und Uraufführung der Mediensatire aus der Feder des Autorenduos René Sydow und Daniel Hedfeld ist am 8. Dezember 2016. Bereits im Vorfeld und später auch während der Spielzeit weist Ottmar Hörl mit diversen temporären Maulwurf-Installation an verschiedenen Plätzen in Stuttgart auf das Kabarettstück hin und sorgt mit dem temporären Auftauchen und Verschwinden der Installation – ganz in Maulwurf-Manier – für eine Auseinandersetzung mit der Thematik. > more

Mole installation to mark the premiere of the new programme at the Stuttgart Renitenztheater

At the Stuttgart Renitenztheater, rehearsals have started for the new cabaret show "Der Maulwurf – Wühlkommen in den Verhältnissen" [The mole – welcome to the circumstances]. The premiere and debut performance of the media satire, authored by René Sydow and Daniel Hedfeld, and directed by Hans Holzbecher, one of the most successful German directors, is scheduled for 8 December 2016. In the run-up to and during the programme season, Ottmar Hörl is drawing everyone's attention to the piece with a number of temporary mole installations that will – in a genuine mole style – appear and disappear in different locations in Stuttgart. Thus, the artist triggers interest in thinking about the issue. > more
