Anlässlich der 13. art KARLSRUHE stellt Ottmar Hörl das Thema Welt-Raum-Forschung in den Mittelpunkt seiner Präsentation. So wird der White Cube des Messestands zum Schauplatz einer skulpturalen Invasion und zum Ort der besonderen Begegnung: Serielle Astronauten-Wesen erobern den Raum und strecken Besuchern die Hand zur Begrüßung entgegen. > more

WELT-RAUM-FORSCHUNG [Exploration of the World and Space]

In his exhibition at the 13th edition of art KARLSRUHE, Ottmar Hörl is focussing on WELT-RAUM-FORSCHUNG, or the exploration of the world and space. The white cube of the exhibition stand becomes the scene of a sculptural invasion and a place for an unusual encounter: serial astronaut creatures are conquering space and holding out their hands to visitors for a handshake. > more

Bildstörungen im Art Luise Kunsthotel, Berlin

Ottmar Hörl hat die Suite 212 im Art Luise Kunsthotel in Berlin neu gestaltet und in eine Gemäldegalerie umgewandelt. Die Exponate stammen aus seiner Werkgruppe „Bildstörungen“, in der er Katalogabbildungen von berühmten Gemälden mit künstlerischen Anmerkungen versieht und in Originalgröße wiedergibt. > more
