XXL-Victory, Frankfurt Airport

Since 22. April 2026, Ottmar Hörl's "XXL-Victory" has been welcoming passengers at Frankfurt Airport's new Terminal 3.

The new Terminal 3 was built in the southern part of Frankfurt Airport over a period of more than 10 years. It is currently designed to handle 19 million passengers a year.

The 2.80-metre-tall "Victory" was created by Ottmar Hörl as a symbol for peaceful interaction. In the arrivals hall of the main building it now greets travellers from all over the world in a humorous manner with its familiar gesture and is also happy to serve as a selfie spot.
