The first version of Ottmar Hörl's Sponti gnome has been around since 1994. In 2006, a new edition of Sponti was released, which has been provoking with a wink and calling for playful disobedience ever since.
From then on, the little gnome has disappeared into a wide variety of private spaces all over the globe.
The accompanying Sponti project, featuring an interactive world map where you can see where the little companions have already traveled, was launched in the summer of 2016.
