Guardian Angel, 2007

For the city of Paderborn, Ottmar Hörl designed his guardian angel as a link between secular power and indifferent celestial powers. (…) "My guardian angel is there for emergencies. During a normal life cycle, everyone should act in a responsible manner. The guardian angel should only be called on when all other mechanisms which are available to us as sensible individuals have failed. And then, I guess, he will be able to fulfil his calling."
